The facts
Decky (Compton, California, established 1999) publishes no sourcing information, but its customs trail is unusually deep and consistent: twenty years of records with House of Caps & Clothing Ltd, a BGMEA-registered cap-and-bag factory in Gazipur, Bangladesh, for which Decky is the single largest customer — 174 of the factory’s 282 recorded containers. That is a dedicated-supplier relationship rather than spot buying, and it predates the tariff era by nearly two decades. Chinese suppliers form the secondary lane.
The style-level split below is rare and publicly sourced, drawn from retail listings that publish an explicit “Made in” field. Same catalogue, two countries — the clearest demonstration anywhere that a brand’s origin isn’t one answer, it’s a per-style decision someone made for you.
